Return & Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be new, in perfect condition, and show no signs of use. It must be complete with its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. All the components must be complete and not damaged.
In the event that the client decides to make effective his right to return the product, within the indicated period he must write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with ID order. We will send an email with the instructions to proceed with the return.
If once the order is received in our warehouse, we verify that the product has not been returned in the conditions described above, the right to return will not be effective or we will do so by discounting the depreciation of the product due to handling. In the event that the order is returned to the customer, the customer will assume the shipping cost that will be generated.
Once we receive the keyboard, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, (48-72 hours) depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you are shipping from Europe, shipping is $25.
If you are shipping from other parts of the world, shipping is $50.
If you receive the product damaged, then we will cover the expenses of shipping it back to us as long as your warranty is not void. We can then send you a new product or issue you a refund.
